pph365 is available to players who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
• You are not legally restricted from participating in online gaming under applicable laws.
• You are registering for personal use only — not on behalf of another person or for commercial purposes.

Each player may hold only one account on pph365. Opening multiple accounts, or registering on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When you register, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. pph365 reserves the right to request verification documents — including government-issued ID — at any point, and to suspend access until satisfactory verification is provided.

Your pph365 account credentials — username, password, and any OTP codes — are your responsibility. You must keep them confidential and must not share them with anyone else. All activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact pph365 support immediately through the platform dashboard. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any available account security features.

pph365 will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or any other channel. Be alert to phishing attempts and only access the platform through the official website.

All account transactions on pph365 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied on the platform.

Accepted deposit channels include Philippine bank transfers, online banking through local banking institutions, and supported local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. The specific channels available to you are shown in the deposit section of your account dashboard.

You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained through unlawful means, is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the deposit section of your account and may vary by payment channel. pph365 does not guarantee processing times for third-party payment providers — bank-side delays are outside our control.

Withdrawals from pph365 are processed in PHP to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified Philippine bank account or supported e-wallet registered to your account.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must complete account verification (KYC) — including confirmation of identity and the ownership of your nominated payment account. pph365 will not transfer funds to accounts held by third parties.

If your account balance includes both real-money funds and bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, only the real-money portion is withdrawable until any bonus conditions are met. Check the Withdrawal page for current processing details.

pph365 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal while account verification or a security review is pending. If a withdrawal is declined, the funds remain in your account. We will notify you of the reason where this is possible.

pph365 offers various promotions to registered members — including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, and free spins. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are displayed in full when you opt in.

General rules that apply to all pph365 promotions unless stated otherwise:
